Dr. Matthias Schudlo focuses on advising private equity and corporate clients on complex cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures. He also counsels on corporate governance matters, corporate restructurings, intra-fund transfers, venture capital/growth transactions and capital markets-related issues.

Bio

Dr. Schudlo has been one of the most active law firm partners of his generation in Germany in transactions involving private equity sponsors, handling both large-cap and mid-cap deals. Numerous legal publications have recognized him as a leading lawyer for private equity and corporate M&A, including JUVE, Best Lawyers and The Legal 500. Clients have described Dr. Schudlo as a “pistol in negotiations” and a “true expert in corporate matters.”

He has counseled on a broad range of matters in the technology, industrials, automotive, infrastructure, transportation, consumer goods and health care industries.

    • a stake in Sunday Natural, a leading brand of premium vitamins, minerals and supplements
