Bio
Jeremy Patashnik is an appellate litigator whose practice spans a wide range of substantive areas. He works on cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and appellate courts around the country.
Before joining Skadden, Mr. Patashnik clerked for Judge Michelle Friedland of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Previously, he worked at another international law firm, where he maintained an active pro bono practice that focused on election law. During law school, Mr. Patashnik won the best brief and best oralist awards in Columbia’s annual Harlan Fiske Stone Moot Court Competition.
