Gail E. Lee

Gail Lee focuses her practice on internal and government investigations and complex civil litigation. Ms. Lee’s experience includes assisting clients with conducting multifaceted regulatory investigations, including inquiries by the Department of Justice, CFTC, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other state, federal and international regulators. Ms. Lee also has represented clients in a variety of civil cases, such as in disputes related to federal and state securities laws and complex contract and business tort claims.

Ms. Lee has handled an array of pro bono matters, including arguing a petition for habeas corpus in front of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, bringing constitutional claims against those acting under color of state law pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and representing survivors of sexual violence under the Illinois Gender Violence Act.
