Zahed Haseeb represents investment advisers and private fund sponsors in connection with the structuring and distribution of U.S. and international private offerings of investment funds. His practice also includes representation of institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds in all aspects of their investments in private investment funds, managed accounts and investment advisers.
In addition, Mr. Haseeb advises clients on related general corporate and regulatory matters, such as compliance with the U.S. Investment Advisers Act, the Investment Company Act and the rules and regulations of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
He also has an active pro bono practice, focusing on immigration matters and nonprofit governance.
