On October 31, Skadden hosted the webinar “HSR Rule Changes: Preparing for a New Normal,” which explored the Federal Trade Commission’s sweeping changes to the premerger filings required under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. Speakers included New York antitrust/competition partner Kenneth Schwartz and counsel Rita Sinkfield Belin, and Washington, D.C. counsel Joseph Ciani-Dausch.
