On September 20, Skadden hosted the program “Legal Considerations for Corporate Involvement in Presidential Nominating Conventions.” Firm speakers included Washington, D.C. political law partner Charles Ricciardelli, counsel Tyler Rosen and associate Olivia Marshall. The panelists discussed the legal rules supporting the conventions through the convention and host committees, considerations for employees who will be participating in or attending them, and the implications of hosting or otherwise contributing to parties or other private events in connection with these forums.
