On May 3, we hosted our annual Political Law Seminar in our New York office. Speakers discussed best practices for navigating the laws and regulations related to pay-to-play; criminal liability; federal, state and local government procurement; lobbying; campaign finance; and gifts and entertainment provided to public officials. Partner and general counsel Lawrence Spiegel served as keynote speaker. Political law head Ki Hong led the conference.
