Nancy Wuamett’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on product liability actions.
Bio
Ms. Wuamett has significant experience leading and coordinating all aspects of complex litigation, including managing all aspects of fact and expert discovery, taking and defending depositions, examining witnesses at Daubert hearings, briefing a wide range of motions (including jurisdictional, spoliation, Daubert and dispositive motions) and advising clients on national litigation strategy. She also is a contributing author to Skadden’s Class Action Chronicle, a quarterly publication focused on developments in class action litigation.
Prior to joining Skadden, Ms. Wuamett was a law clerk for the Hon. Alvin W. Thompson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
