Dr. Xianrui Wang represents private equity and corporate clients in cross-border M&A transactions. She also advises on general corporate matters, corporate restructurings and shareholder matters related to stock corporations.

  • Sunday Natural, a premium vitamin, mineral and supplement brand
  • The Quality Group, a manufacturer of innovative sports performance nutrition products and healthy, low-sugar food alternatives in the DACH region
• a private equity fund on its add-on acquisition of various software assets
• PAI Partners on its acquisition of Savory Solutions Group, an international provider of taste and functional solutions for the food sector, from IFF
• Walden International on its acquisition of Memphis Electronic AG and Memphis Electronic Hong Kong Ltd, a global distributor of memory devices and components. As part of the transaction, holding company Neumonda was formed
• Magical Honour Limited, a pan-European specialty mattress discounter, on its acquisition of Concord Mattresses
• Mission Blue LLP, a subsidiary of Nio Capital, on its acquisition of KDX Europe Composites R&D Center GmbH under an insolvency plan
