Public Company and Strategic Matters

  • LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton S.E. in its $16.2 billion acquisition of Tiffany & Co., which was the largest-ever luxury sector transaction
  • BlackRock, Inc. in its pending $12.5 billion acquisition of Global Infrastructure Partners
  • Apartment Income REIT Corp. in its pending $10 billion take-private transaction with Blackstone
  • American Express Global Business Travel in its:
    • $5.3 billion business combination with Apollo Strategic Growth Capital, pursuant to which American Express Global Business Travel became the world’s largest publicly traded B2B travel platform
    • acquisition of the Egencia corporate travel business from Expedia
    • pending $570 million acquisition of CWT
    • collapse of its Up-C structure
  • Duck Creek Technologies, Inc. in its:
    • $2.6 billion take-private transaction with Vista Equity Partners
