Si Shen’s practice focuses on U.S. and non-U.S. capital market transactions, including IPOs and follow-on equity, debt and convertible bond offerings. She also advises clients on pre-and post-IPO financings and investments, M&A transactions and general corporate, corporate governance and regulatory matters.

Ms. Shen’s recent experience includes representing:

• WeRide Inc. in its US$120 million initial public offering of American depositary shares (ADS) and listing on Nasdaq, and concurrent US$320 million private placement
• Hesai Group in its US$190 million initial public offering of ADS and listing on Nasdaq
• Keep Inc. in its US$40 million initial public offering of ordinary shares and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
• Trip.com Group Limited in its US$1.1 billion global offering and secondary listing of ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
• Yidu Tech Inc. in its US$531 million initial public offering of ordinary shares and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
• KE Holdings Inc. in its:
  • dual-primary listing of Class A ordinary shares by way of introduction on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which made KE Holdings the first company in China to gain a dual-primary listing by way of introduction on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
  • US$2.4 billion initial public offering of ADS and listing on the New York Stock Exchange
  • US$2.05 billion follow-on offering of ADS
• the special committee of the board of directors of Gravitas Education Holdings in its US$800 million merger with eLMTree
• BlueCity Holdings Limited in its US$85 million initial public offering of ADS and listing on Nasdaq

• Molecular Data Inc. in its US$62 million initial public offering of ADS and listing on Nasdaq
• CloudMinds Inc. in its proposed initial public offering of ADS and listing on the New York Stock Exchange
• So-Young International Inc. in its US$179 million initial public offering of ADS and listing on Nasdaq
