Demitrios (Jimmy) T. Moustakis

Mr. Moustakis’ structured finance experience includes advising on credit card, equipment lease, auto loan, consumer loan, trade and other receivables financings; collateralized loan obligation transactions; financings of investment funds; whole business securitizations; securitizations of solar assets (including commercial and industrial solar assets); auctions of financial assets; and asset-backed commercial paper transactions. He also has counseled on traditional corporate finance transactions, including with respect to commercial paper programs, factoring transactions, supply chain financings, back-leverage facilities and other lending transactions.
