Bio

Ms. Maddox has advised clients on commercial law and personal property transfer issues in connection with syndicated senior credit facilities, subordinated secured credit facilities, secured note offerings, leveraged lease transactions, project financings, bankruptcy reorganizations, non-bankruptcy restructurings, real estate transactions and asset sales.

She counsels borrowers, lenders and underwriters, and regularly advises financial institutions — including banks and broker-dealers — and private equity firms.
