• Blackstone in the financing for the establishment of a reinsurance syndicate at Lloyd’s that will be a multiyear participant on AIG’s outwards reinsurance program
• Blue Owl Digital Infrastructure Advisors (formerly IPI Partners, LLC) in several financings for the construction and fit-out of data centres with more than 108 MW aggregate capacity across Italy, Switzerland and the Nordic region
• the Ferrero family office and related investment vehicles in connection with its various term and working capital facilities
• Iceland Foods in connection with its super senior revolving credit facility
• JAB Holdings in connection with various term loan and revolving credit facilities for JAB and its investment vehicles
• Silver Lake Partners and its portfolio company, Groupe Meilleurtaux, a leading French online and mobile financial services provider, in connection with its term and revolving facilities
