Angela Kim represents public and private clients across a range of corporate transactions. She particularly focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and emerging companies.

Ms. Kim has repeatedly been recognized as one of Best Lawyers’ Ones To Watch in America in the Mergers and Acquisitions Law and Venture Capital Law categories.
