Bio
Keshara Hallock advises clients on all aspects of EU, U.K. and international competition law. She has been involved in several high-profile and complex matters including merger control transactions requiring international merger control approval.
Ms. Hallock’s recent experience includes advising on the following:
- Adobe Inc. with the antitrust aspects of its proposed, but terminated, US$20 billion acquisition of Figma, Inc.
- ANSYS, Inc. in its acquisition by Synopsys, Inc. at an enterprise value of US$35 billion
- ASDA Group Limited in its US$510 million acquisition of 132 petrol filling stations from Co-operative Group Limited
- Sabre in appeal proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal against the CMA’s decision in its US$360 million acquisition of Farelogix
- Stryker Corporation in its US$5.4 billion acquisition of Wright Medical Group N.V.
- Viagogo in its US$4.05 billion acquisition of StubHub, Inc. from eBay Inc.
Prior to joining the Antitrust/Competition Group, Ms. Hallock spent two years working for Skadden’s International Litigation and Arbitration Group in London.
