Kiki Griffith
Bio
Keyawna (Kiki) Griffith has represented clients in connection with government investigations and complex litigation. Her clients span a variety of industries, including e-commerce, technology, data privacy and cybersecurity, manufacturing, retail, life sciences, merchandising and branding, and financial services.
Ms. Griffith’s experience includes advising clients on regulatory investigations being conducted by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and other state and federal regulators. Her litigation experience involves defending clients in class actions, False Claims Act matters, administrative proceedings, mediation and arbitration. Ms. Griffith also has advised on matters related to anti-bribery and corruption and corporate compliance provisions. In addition, she has represented a pro bono client as the plaintiff in an action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Section 1983.
Ms. Griffith was a clerk for the Hon. Leslie A. Gardner in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, where she researched and wrote approximately 393 judicial opinions on various legal matters, including civil procedure, class actions, employment, constitutional issues, criminal cases, Social Security, civil rights, contracts and insurance. In recognition of her work, Ms. Griffith has been named to The National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 list.
