Leslie Ginape

Leslie Ginape focuses her practice on private equity, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Ginape advises French and international companies and investment funds, family offices, management teams and industrial companies on all types of matters relating to financing and acquisitions, as well as corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Ms. Ginape’s experience includes advising:

• Three Hills Capital Partners and La Bottega on the acquisition of Palatino Hospitality
• L’Occitane Groupe and Reinold Geiger, the majority shareholder of L’Occitane International, on a take-private bid for L’Occitane International valuing the company at €6 billion
• Speciality Chemicals International Limited in connection with the purchase of French entity Polyprocess
• Grupo Bimbo on its acquisition of Tunisia-based Moulin d’Or (GEPACO Group)
• Boulangerie Louise owner Laurent Menissez and his family office, Financière LM, on the sale of Boulangerie Louise to InVivo Retail SAS, a subsidiary of Teract S.A.
• H.I.G. Capital regarding the shift of an existing management package in Quick Restaurants fast-food outlets to a new set of managers
• Ardian Private Equity in relation to a reinvestment in Fives Group, an industrial engineering group that specializes in designing and supplying machines, process equipment and production lines for various global industrial sectors such as logistics, aluminium, steel, automotive, aerospace, cement and energy
• Safra Group (i.e., Safra Participations, Safra SA and Transition Evergreen) in connection with the investment of Transition Evergreen in the Safra Group through issuance of redeemable bonds and issuance of ordinary shares

Prior to joining Skadden, Ms. Ginape’s representations included advising:

• H.I.G. Capital on its acquisition of Quick Restaurants from Burger King
• Caravelle (family office) on several private equity transactions
