Bio

Jonathan Casseus has advised on a wide range of significant matters across a range of industries, including complex commercial and multijurisdictional litigation, disputes arising out of corporate mergers and acquisitions and insurance and reinsurance transactions, governance and corporate law matters, and trade secret misappropriation and noncompetition disputes.

Working alongside attorneys from Skadden’s transactional practice, Mr. Casseus also counsels on corporate and insurance transactions during the negotiation and execution stages, as well as on post-closing disputes.

Mr. Casseus has an active pro bono practice that focuses on assisting clients who have been wrongfully convicted. In recognition of his pro bono work, Mr. Casseus was named a 2021 honoree of the New England Innocence Project’s Marching Toward Freedom Award.
