Bio

Kelsey Byler’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on consumer and product liability actions. She has represented clients in state and federal courts across the country, with a variety of experience in brief writing and motion practice on dispositive issues, Daubert challenges and discovery disputes, as well as experience with taking and defending depositions, and handling fact discovery and trial work. Ms. Byler is a contributing author to numerous publications, including Skadden’s Class Action Chronicle, a quarterly publication focused on developments in class action litigation, and presenter on webinars on civil litigation and other issues.

Ms. Byler devotes a portion of her practice to pro bono work and has been involved in the Pfizer Legal Alliance, which provides pro bono services to cancer patients who need assistance preparing wills and/or managing their estates. She also has successfully represented numerous clients in immigration matters.
