Bio
Mr. Ascencio has a deep background representing issuers, sponsors, investors and investment banks in highly complex and notable public and private investment-grade and high-yield debt offerings, initial public offerings, and follow-on equity offerings. These representations have included offerings to finance acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, refinancings and restructuring transactions, in addition to being active in the development of innovative financial products primarily for Latin American clients. Mr. Ascencio also advises issuers on their SEC reporting requirements and on corporate governance matters.
