Partner David Schwartz and associate Emily Safko provide an overview of the EEOC’s recently issued Proposed Enforcement Guidance on Harassment in the Workplace, the agency’s first published proposed guidance on workplace harassment since 1999. Open for public comment until November 1, 2023, the guidance addresses key updates in light of recent developments, including:
