China Agritech May Have Limited Practical Effect

The U.S. Supreme Court recently released its much-anticipated decision in China Agritech v. Resh, a case centering on the reach of the equitable tolling doctrine established in the Court’s 1974 decision in American Pipe & Construction Co. v. Utah. Although a clear victory for class action defendants, the ruling may have limited practical effects.
