37th Annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute

On March 7, New York shareholder engagement and activism head Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman and mergers and acquisitions partner Ann Beth Stebbins will appear as speakers during the 37th Annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute in New Orleans. Ms. Gonzalez-Sussman will join a panel discussion on “Shareholder Activism and the Polarization of ESG and DEI,” and Ms. Stebbins will speak on a panel titled “When Deals Don’t Go as Planned – Earnout Disputes, Purchase Price Adjustments, Break Fees, Indemnification Claims and Fraud.”
