On February 20, Washington, D.C. tax partner Loren Ponds participated in the panel “Cross-Functional Current Developments — Part II” at the 2025 Midyear Tax Meeting, hosted by the American Bar Association. The session covered recent regulatory and case law developments in U.S. corporate and international taxation, as well as non-U.S. taxation of U.S. persons. The panelists also provided updates on ongoing projects of, and guidance issued by, multinational organizations such as the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the United Nations, among other topics.
