On December 4, Washington, D.C. antitrust/competition partner James Fredricks moderated the panel “Conversation With Antitrust Enforcers” at the USC Gould School of Law — LACBA Business Law Section’s Institute for Corporate Counsel. The speakers explored current trends in civil and criminal antitrust enforcement, including self-reporting, antitrust compliance benefits, noncompetes, the merger review process and the new rules for HSR filings. They also shared practical tips for in-house counsel on responding to an antitrust investigation.
