On October 8, New York white collar defense and investigations partner Andrea Griswold was Skadden’s featured speaker for our webinar “Practical Guidance on DOJ Whistleblower Policies From a Recent Deputy U.S. Attorney.” The discussion was moderated by New York white collar defense and investigations head David Meister. During the program, Ms. Griswold explored multiple DOJ whistleblower policies and highlighted key features all companies should know based on her decade-long experience at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY), as well as her leadership in the development of the SDNY’s 2024 Whistleblower Pilot Program.
