On September 19, Web3 and digital assets co-head Daniel Michael will participate in PLI’s Hedge Fund and Private Equity Enforcement & Regulatory Developments 2024 conference in New York. Mr. Daniel will speak on the panel “Crypto, Cyber and AI Issues for Private Funds,” which will address the overlapping regulatory jurisdiction over cryptocurrency issues and the rapidly evolving landscape for cybersecurity and use of artificial intelligence for private funds.
