On June 6, cybersecurity and data privacy co-head William Ridgway will participate in PLI’s Internal Investigations 2024 program in Chicago. Mr. Ridgway will speak on the panel “Concluding the Internal Investigation,” which will explore best practices for reaching findings, approaching employment decisions, selecting corrective actions/appropriate remediation, memorializing conclusions and determining whether to prepare a written report, among other topics.
