On May 22, Skadden presented “Digital Health and AI Updates” as part of our Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Webinar Series. Speakers included cybersecurity and data privacy partners William Ridgway and David Simon, associate Lisa Zivkovic and life sciences and health care counsel Nicole Grimm. The panelists examined recent U.S. government enforcement actions, as well as actions by state attorneys general under the growing body of state-level data privacy laws, and the Food and Drug Administration’s expanding role in cybersecurity oversight, among other topics.
