On April 29-30, intellectual property litigation head Doug Nemec and New York partner Leslie Demers participated in PLI’s Patent Law Institute 2024: Critical Issues & Best Practices in San Francisco. Mr. Nemec co-chaired the event, provided opening remarks and presented on nonpracticing entity litigation. Ms. Demers joined the panel “Patent Litigation: A Conversation With the Bench,” which discussed best practices for litigation discovery disputes and how to present cases in a compelling way to judges and juries, among other topics.
On October 1-2, Mr. Nemec also will co-chair the event in New York.
