A Candid Discussion of Trends in General Counsel Compensation

On February 13, our Palo Alto office hosted a seminar titled “A Candid Discussion of Trends in General Counsel Compensation.” The program focused on some of the most important trends in GC compensation in 2024, including the factors that influence GC compensation and practical tips for maximizing salaries, equity and mobility. West Coast executive compensation and benefits head Joseph Yaffe moderated the discussion. Panelists included a partner at Meridian Compensation Partners, and a Skadden alum and current director of in-house counsel recruiting at Major, Lindsey & Africa.
