On November 6-8, Washington, D.C. SEC reporting and compliance co-heads Brian Breheny and Raquel Fox and securities and commodities enforcement partner Anita Bandy participated in PLI’s 55th annual Institute on Securities Regulation.

On November 6, Mr. Breheny moderated the panel “Disclosure Developments for Public Companies,” where he discussed disclosure trends, evolving cybersecurity disclosure practices and lessons from recent disclosure case law decisions.

On November 7, Ms. Fox spoke in the session “Cross Currents of ESG,” sharing insights into what, when and how to communicate a company’s purpose, mission and values; crosswinds around ESG, including how companies and boards should navigate them; and greenwashing versus greenhushing.

On November 8, Ms. Bandy participated in the panel “The Defense Perspective on Securities Enforcement,” which covered civil and criminal enforcement priorities and trends, key judicial and policy developments, and how to manage multiagency and cross-border investigations, among other topics.
