On October 13, New York international litigation and arbitration counsel Sharmistha Chakrabarti participated in the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration’s 2023 Tribunal Secretary Training Programme. Ms. Chakrabarti’s session provided an overview of key documents from the perspective of tribunal secretaries, preparing for a hearing or procedural conference, and post-hearing deliberations.
