On April 26, Skadden hosted the webinar “Intellectual Property Issues in AI: Key Considerations for Every Company.” Firm speakers included Web3 and digital assets co-head Stuart Levi, New York intellectual property litigation partner Anthony Dreyer, associate Eliza Edlich and intellectual property and technology associate MacKinzie Neal. Topics included copyright and other IP protection for AI-generated works; the use of third-party IP to train AI models; IP risks when using AI-generated content; and right of publicity considerations.
