On March 20-21, tax partners Gavin White and Nathan Wacker and tax resolution strategies senior advisor De Lon Harris participated in various panels during the Tax Executive Institute’s 2023 Midyear Conference. On March 20, Mr. Wacker spoke on the panel “Practical Implications of Successful Challenges to IRS Rulemaking on Tax Controversy & Planning” and Mr. Harris participated in the session “Working Collaboratively With the IRS: Practical Implications of Rev. Proc. 2022-39.” On March 21, Mr. White served as a panelist on “Hot Topics in M&A.”
