Delaware Corporate Law Changes

On November 30, Los Angeles corporate partner Brian McCarthy participated in the panel “Delaware Corporate Law Changes” with the Hon. Leo E. Strine, Jr., former chief justice of the Delaware Supreme Court. Los Angeles corporate partner Andrew Garelick coordinated and introduced the panel. The speakers discussed recent changes to Delaware corporate law and provided perspectives on key Delaware cases and decisions that may impact corporate practitioners. The discussion was part of the 2022 Institute for Corporate Counsel, supported by the USC Gould School of Law and LACBA Business Law Section.
