On October 26, Skadden hosted “ESG Developments,” the first installment of our annual SEC Reporting & Compliance and Corporate Governance webinar series. The discussion focused on new ESG-related SEC disclosure rules, recent work of the SEC’s Climate and ESG Task Force, developments in securities litigation based on ESG disclosures and trends in board reviews of ESG matters, including racial equity audits.
