On October 17-19, litigation partner William Ridgway and labor and employment partner Anne Villanueva spoke at the Apollo Sustainability & ESG Conference in Las Vegas. Ms. Villanueva’s labor and employment session focused on the evolution of U.S. state marijuana laws and their impact on employers, work-from-home policies and workplace accessibility in a post-COVID era, best practices for employee health and safety post-COVID and the utility of racial equity audits in the private company context.
