Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution Roundtable

On September 7, Skadden and KPMG co-hosted the roundtable “Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution Roundtable,” which explored tax-related developments. Speakers included Boston tax partners Kat Gregor and Moshe Spinowitz, counsel Elizabeth Smith, Washington, D.C. senior tax advisor De Lon Harris and several KPMG employees. The roundtable discussed current IRS enforcement efforts targeting asset management, transfer pricing issues that arise in asset management, audit insights and proactively managing tax risk in today’s environment.
