Washington, D.C. tax of counsel Paul Oosterhuis spoke at PLI's International Tax Issues 2022 program on September 7. His session titled "Cross-Border M&A Tax Planning: Cross-Border Transactions After TCJA and Pillar 2" focused on foreign acquisitions of U.S. companies and vice versa, U.S. dispositions of controlled foreign corporations and international issues involving special purpose acquisition companies.
