2022 TechGC IPO Conference

On September 22, Los Angeles capital markets partner Michelle Gasaway and New York partner Ryan Dzierniejko participated in the 2022 TechGC IPO Conference in San Francisco. Ms. Gasaway joined a small group discussion titled “How Can GCs Identify, Prepare For and Respond to Pitfalls on the Road to IPO?,” and Mr. Dzierniejko spoke during a session titled “Being Methodical in Your Selection of Issuers Counsel.”
