Leslie H. Arps Memorial Lecture 2022

On April 11, New York litigation head Scott Musoff made introductory remarks at the annual Leslie H. Arps Memorial Lecture at the New York City Bar Association. As chair of the Committee on the Leslie H. Arps Lectures, Mr. Musoff introduced former Judge John Gleeson, whose lecture was titled “Racial Disparities and Second Looks in Federal Sentencing: A Window Into Dysfunction, and a Path Out of It.”
