ABA Tax Section's Virtual 2022 Midyear Tax Meeting

On January 31-February 4, Washington, D.C. office leader and tax partner Jessica Hough, partner Thomas Wood and associate Sanessa Griffiths, New York executive compensation and benefits counsel Jeffrey Lieberman and Boston litigation associate Mary Grinman participated on various panels during the American Bar Association Tax Section's Virtual 2022 Midyear Meeting. Ms. Hough spoke on a panel focused on the Build Back Better Act, Mr. Wood participated in a discussion on M&A developments, Ms. Griffiths spoke on a panel titled "Defending Reportable Transaction Penalty Exams (IRC Section 6707) Following the US Supreme Court’s Decision in CIC Services v.
