American Bar Association 2021 Virtual May Tax Meeting

Washington, D.C. attorneys, including tax partner Jessica Hough, executive compensation and benefits counsel Jeffrey Lieberman and tax associate Sanessa Griffiths, spoke on panels as part of the American Bar Association’s 2021 Virtual May Tax Meeting, held May 10-14. Ms. Hough examined “Current Developments in Corporate Taxation,” while Mr. Lieberman participated in an employee benefits discussion titled “Fiduciary Responsibility and Plan Investment Update.” Ms. Griffiths served as a panelist for a civil and criminal tax penalties session titled “Reports of Subcommittees on Important Developments” and moderated an administrative practice session titled “Where, Oh Where Could My Refund Be?”
