SEC reporting and compliance partner Raquel Fox, Boston M&A partner Laura Knoll and Boston M&A head Graham Robinson participated in the Boston Bar Association’s “2021 Corporate Deals Conference” on April 8. Ms. Fox spoke during a panel discussion titled “Biden Administration: What’s Ahead.” Topics included updates regarding the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors in relation to the change in administrations. Ms. Knoll served on the event’s Advisory Committee. Mr. Robinson moderated a “fireside chat” with Judge Collins J. Seitz Jr., chief justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware.
