USMCA Workshop: Implications and Compliance With a Focus on the Automotive and Energy Industry

On February 25, international litigation and arbitration partner Jennifer Permesly participated in a virtual event hosted by the Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law of The Center for American and International Law titled "USMCA Workshop: Implications and Compliance With a Focus on the Automotive and Energy Industry." Ms. Permesly joined a panel discussion on "Implications and Compliance: What the Future Holds Under the USMCA," which focused on the steps a company must follow to fulfil its obligations under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement.
