On July 23, Skadden held a webinar titled “Insights From the Sabre/Farelogix Trial Team: Analyzing the Court’s Decision and the Trend Toward Pro-Defendant Precedent.” Skadden speakers included global antitrust/competition head Steven Sunshine, Washington, D.C. antitrust/competition head Tara Reinhart and partner Julia York. The team discussed their successful representation of Sabre in a merger challenge filed by the U.S. Department of Justice against Sabre’s acquisition of Farelogix, as well as its potential application to future mergers.
