New York international litigation and arbitration partner Lea Haber Kuck is part of the working group that produced the 2020 Cybersecurity Protocol for International Arbitration, which was launched at a November 21 event moderated by associate Eva Chan and held in conjunction with New York Arbitration Week. The protocol is the culmination of two years of work by representatives of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration, the New York City Bar Association and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution. Speakers from the working group, including Ms. Kuck, shared how the protocol provides parties and arbitrators with a framework for determining reasonable information-security measures for international arbitration matters.
