Introduction to Advertising and Promotion for Medical Products 2019

Washington, D.C. health care and life sciences partner Jennifer Bragg and of counsel Karen Corallo spoke at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s 2019 “Introduction to Advertising and Promotion for Medical Products,” held October 16 in Washington, D.C. Ms. Bragg made opening remarks. Ms. Corallo led a session, “Other Agencies and Considerations,” focusing on organizations such as the Federal Trade Commission and National Advertising Division, the Lanham Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and state and private actions.
